If you want to help ensure that SBIRT services become part and parcel of general medical care in Wisconsin, here's what you can do:

• Allow WIPHL to list your organization as a supporter (see "Statement of Support for SBIRT Services" on the left menu of this website)

• Let your health insurance provider know you want SBIRT services covered. Click here to see which plans reimburse for SBIRT.

• Spread the word about WIPHL to various stakeholder groups and individuals

• If you are a health care provider or administrator, see if your medical setting can initiate SBIRT service delivery

• Consider joining our Governor's Policy Committee subcommittee to promote demand for SBIRT services, a group that meets for one hour every two months (in person or by phone). Contact communications specialist Joan Fischer to join the group or obtain further information.

• Link your organization to WIPHL's website

• Keep up with WIPHL news by subscribing to our free newsletter. E-mail editor Joan Fischer to get on our distribution list.
