Aurora Health Care, a not-for-profit Wisconsin health care organization, has since its founding in 1984 become a nationally recognized leader in efforts to improve the quality of health care. Aurora has sites in more than 90 communities throughout eastern Wisconsin, including 13 hospitals, more than 100 clinics and over 120 community pharmacies. More than 3,400 physicians are affiliated with Aurora Health Care, including more than 680 who make up Aurora Medical Group.

Participation in the Wisconsin Initiative to Promote Healthy Lifestyles (WIPHL) is part of Aurora's dedicated effort to improve patient care. Aurora is the umbrella organization for four clinics providing Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral and Treatment services as a WIPHL partner. Those clinics are Aurora Walker's Point Community Clinic, Aurora Sinai Women's Health Center, and Aurora UW Family Care Center, all located in greater Milwaukee.
